Born in Niagara Falls NY in 1955, I began practicing law in 2013. Prior to graduating from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2012, I attended the University of Florida, where I earned my bachelors degree in political science and constitutional history. After law school, I earned my MA degree in political science.
Defender of Creditors’ Rights
As a bankruptcy lawyer in Buffalo, NY, I am never hesitant to stand up to creditors and/or trustees who seek to harass or pressure my clients. Nor do I shy away from the opportunity to challenge a provision of the law I believe to be flawed and/or unconstitutional.
I have been there myself.
I chose to focus on bankruptcy and foreclosure law due to my personal history. Before becoming an attorney I worked in factories, drove big rig trucks, and repaired homes, among a number of other blue collar jobs. During that time, I suffered hardships and setbacks that eventually led me to file for bankruptcy, myself.
